Here we are blogging!! Its been a crazy two months and we have shot in 4 different states, and 2 countries! But alas we are home, and its time to get to business.

With our wedding packages we include an engagement session, and most brides ask why. To us, the relationship is the most important part of you and me. We spend all day with you on your wedding day, and see you at your most vulnerable. If we dont’ have the connection then your photos, they wont be everything that they could be. Kellen and I believe in love, believe in people, and we believe that through photos there can be emotion. So we do an engagement session to get the relationship going, to feel you out, so you can feel us out. Most people, me included, get nervous when we have our photos taken. This helps you and me.

So Leo and Nicole got married 2 weeks ago in the amazing beautiful Rhode Island. We flew in thursday so we could do an e-session on Friday AM. We planned for an hour, but time got away and things happened like they do and we ended up only having twenty-five minutes. It felt rushed at the time, but when we were done I knew we had connected, I knew what I was shooting the next day and they knew who we were and how we worked. In the end, this is on of my most favorite e-sessions to date. They are so in love and so cute. All this done in such a short time.. It goes to show you that an e-session is important, can be fun, and you can get great results in a short time! Enjoy them, and soon their AMAZING BEAUTIFUL wedding!
