Do you know those families that just grab your heart, and then run with it? Well this is one of those families.
I met Lance & Jeanette while I was in Switzerland in 2008, and fell in love with them then, but since I was in design school I was so busy I couldn’t get sooo close to them. BUT! When we moved here to Portland, and knew they were going to be here I knew we were gonna be BFF’s. And guess what? We are! When they told us in September about this little babe, I cried. I was so excited for them, and then I grew an unhealthy attachment to the babe. So did Kellen. We love him so much, and just can’t wait to meet him.
His parents are pretty amazing to. I have to say growing up I never thought I’d have such international friends, and yet all our friends seem not to be from the states. I love it. I love that God has different plans for us, and I feel so blessed to be able to be in this little guys life. He’s hoping to make his debut to this world around the 15th of March, and I just can’t wait!
